Cancellation Policy
We understand that life happens and there may be times you will need to cancel your appointment. Umina Chiropractic Centre has a 24 hour cancellation policy. In the event that you are unable to keep your appointment please call our office the previous business day at least 24 hours in advance. There is a $45.00 cancellation fee when less than 24 hours’ notice is provided. Please call on Friday before 5:00 pm when cancelling appointments for the following Monday.
We thank you in advance for your understanding and consideration of the Practioners and staff who are preparing for your visit, as well as other clients who are waiting for openings in the schedule for their care.

We takes issues concerning privacy seriously and will endeavour to address these concerns immediately. We will treat your complaint confidentially. We will review your complaint and contact you within a reasonable time.
